บทคัดย่อ

User-friendly software for solving post-harvest crop ventilation design problems.

Two computer programs for solving postharvest crop ventilation design problems were developed. FANS (Version 2) is used to select fans for grain bins. POTATO helps users to design air distribution ducts for potato storage buildings. Both programs feature easy-to-use interfaces and abundant help screens; neither requires previous computer experience or use of written documentation. The programs can either answer specific questions for individual clients or teach post-harvest ventilation concepts in classroom or workshop settings.
