บทคัดย่อ

Residues of post-harvest application pesticides in citrus fruits after storage and processing into lemon marmalade.

Residue levels of 8 pesticides in postharvest-treated citrus fruits during storage (half-life of pesticides measured) and processing into marmalade (pesticides estimated as a percentage of final product) were evaluated.
