Status and technology - management gaps in post production practices of oilseeds in Madhya Pradesh.

The status of various post production practices for oilseed crops in Madhya Pradesh is discussed, including harvesting, handling and threshing, drying, cleaning and grading, storage, pretreatment and oil recovery. The constraints and technology gaps associated with these processes are examined.
