บทคัดย่อ

Physiological and physical measures to control postharvest diseases of fruit.

Examples of successful physiological (application of gibberellic acid to delay the onset of ripening) and physical (controlled atmosphere storage) measures to control black spot disease of persimmon caused by Alternaria alternata are presented. This paper was presented at the Anglo-Israeli Symposium on Non-chemical approaches to crop protection in horticulture held at Horticulture Research International, Wellesbourne, Warwick, UK on 23-27 March 1992.
