บทคัดย่อ

Mycotoxins in foodgrains in some Asian countries.

An overview is given of mycotoxin contamination of grains in Asian countries. Aflatoxin contents of various grains in some Asian countries, based on field studies, are tabulated. The occurrence of aflatoxin in maize, groundnuts and rice in these countries is summarized. Some conclusions and recommendations are listed.
