บทคัดย่อ

Aflatoxin analytical methods for groundnuts.

Sampling plans and analytical methods, including TLC, HPLC and immunochemical methods, for detecting aflatoxins in groundnuts and groundnut products are discussed. The safety aspects of these methods are also considered.
