Sampling, sample handling and preparation in grains and cereals.

Methods and regulations for sampling and sample handling of cereals, particularly maize contaminated with aflatoxins, in Thailand; for mycotoxin analysis in USA; inspection schemes for shelled groundnuts with regard to aflatoxins in the Netherlands; and maize imported to Thailand from Taiwan are outlined.
