Toxigenic Aspergillus and Penicillium species.

Identification, toxins and toxicity, symptoms, and distribution in nature and in foods are outlined for A. flavus and A. parasiticus, A. ochraceus and closely related species, A. versicolor, P. citreonigrum, P. citrinum, P. crustosum, P. islandicum and P. verrucosum.
