บทคัดย่อ

Batch and continuous drying.

The principles of drying, moisture movement and calculation of moisture movement are discussed with an example of the calculation of the heat requirement to dry 2 t of maize from 25% m.c. to 15% m.c. Batching drying and continuous drying methods are described.
