บทคัดย่อ

Chlorination and postharvest disease control.

The use of chlorination in the management of postharvest diseases of fresh fruit and vegetables is reviewed. The chemistry of chlorination, factors affecting chlorination and wastewater quality considerations are discussed. A summary of practical rules for successful chlorination is presented.
