บทคัดย่อ

Development of a passive crop dryer for village level use.

A passive crop drier (pit drier) for maize and cassava was developed which uses a drum furnace as a heat exchanger which is placed in a pit under the drying bed. A study was conducted to improve the passive crop drier. Results of experiments using garlic, red chilli, and cassava as test crops are presented.
