บทคัดย่อ

Evaluation and application of a simple pressure differential inducer device (PDID) for crop drying and storage.

A study was conducted to adopt a simple passive differential inducing device (PDID) for drying of red chilli, cassava and other agricultural products. This device, mounted on a simulated drying system, was experimentally tested in a wind tunnel and in the field. Field evaluations were similarly done in Indonesia. Potential use of the PDID is discussed.
