บทคัดย่อ

The quality of dessert bananas and plantains.

The effects of methods of harvesting, processing, storage and transport on the final market quality of dessert bananas for export and plantains for local consumption were studied in the West Indies (Martinique, Guadeloupe) and Africa (Cameroon, Cote d'Ivoire). Mechanization, postharvest losses, packaging and marketing are examined.
