บทคัดย่อ

Fish technology in the Congo.

The document shows how, using the specific case of Congo, weaknesses in the postharvest sector are a constraint to the development of fish production. A description and review of the fish processing and storage capacities in Congo are given, before proceeding to their analysis and suggestions for improvement of the situation.
