บทคัดย่อ
There is demand for a continuous supply of fresh culinary herbs and salad leaves. The senescence of leafy tissues is briefly considered and the following factors which affect postharvest life of fresh herbs are reviewed: taxonomy, cultivation, stage of development, storage temperature, ethylene, light, water loss, and atmosphere modification.
