บทคัดย่อ

A garlic bulb and its phytopathological limitations as seed in the country.

Of 17 fungal species detected on garlic in Venezuela, Stemphylium sp., Fusarium sp., Pyrenochaeta terrestris, Alternaria porri and Sclerotium cepivorum, found in the field, and Aspergillus niger, Penicillium sp. and Cladosporium sp., found in storage, were pathogenic. Of nematodes, the only species found was Ditylenchus dipsaci, affecting garlic in the field and in storage. S. cepivorum, D. dipsaci and Fusarium sp. caused the most damage.
