บทคัดย่อ

Seed mycoflora of palas (Butea monosperma [Lam] Taub.) during storage.

A total of 11 fungi of 4 genera and some bacteria were isolated from stored Butea monosperma seed in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India, in 1985. Aspergillus (A. flavus, A. fumigatus, A. niger, A. nidulans, A. sulphurious and 3 unidentified species) was predominant. Other species were Penicillium, Chaetomium, Rhizopus stolonifer and bacteria. The effects of storing B. monospora seed in different containers on seed microflora are discussed.
