บทคัดย่อ

Floriculture research in India.

India contains a wide range of climatic conditions, which allows the production of most flower crops throughout the year. A review is presented detailing the current floricultural research establishments and their achievements for each of the main flower crops under the headings: crop improvement (breeding work); propagation and rootstocks; standardization of agro-techniques (growing methods; greenhouse cultivation; disease and pest control; postharvest management; and research priorities.
