บทคัดย่อ
Cultivation of P. platypus and P. sajor-caju was studied using three different agricultural and forest residues in Imphal, Manipur. Both species gave greatest yield on hot-water-treated paddy straw, followed by cold-water-treated paddy straw, sawdust and pine needles. The concentration of fungal spores inside the growing room was greatest (15 x 105 and 12 x 105 spores/m3 of air) during the fruiting and postharvest periods, respectively.
