บทคัดย่อ

Carpoplane mycoflora of guava (Psidium guajava L.) in relation to post-harvest diseases.

Six randomly selected fresh guavas were collected every 5 d for the 4 month growing season in Warangal, Andhra Pradesh, India. The surface mycoflora were identified from washing the fruit surfaces in sterilized water. Aspergillus nidulans, Cladosporium cladosporioides and Pestalotiopsis versicolor were always present, whilst Rhizopus stolonifer, Penicillium oxalicum, Fusarium moniliforme [Gibberella fujikuroi], Aspergillus terreus, A. niger and A. flavus were also often found. Other fungal pathogens detected are listed.
