บทคัดย่อ

Evaluation of planting media and pouring temperatures for enumeration of fungi in dried figs.

Acidified PDA, PDA supplemented with antibiotics, dicloran rose bengal chloramphenicol agar, rose bengal chloramphenicol (RBC) and rose bengal streptomycin agar (RBSA) and 2 different pouring temp. were tested for the estimation of moulds, yeasts and total fungal flora in dried figs. The best results for the fungal isolates tested were obtained at 45 deg C. No statistical differences were found between the media tested. RBSA, RBC and RBC were the most suitable for yeasts, moulds and total fungal flora, respectively.
