บทคัดย่อ

A comparative study between hydroponic and field cropping of leek.

A comparison was made between hydroponic culture using polyethylene tubes and field cultivation of leek cv. Castelstar. Various biometrical, physiological, chemical and postharvest parameters were measured. The results showed that leeks in hydroponic culture grew significantly faster than in the field, but the quality and yield were reduced.
