บทคัดย่อ

Influence of handling technique on quality measurements with an electronic tuber.

A tuber-shaped electronic measuring device was used to determine levels of damage sustained by potatoes during postharvest handling and storage. Data on tuber impacts were evaluated for each handling process enabling possibilities for reducing the risk of tuber damage to be identified, particularly in the design and orientation of conveyors.
