บทคัดย่อ

Pea storability as influenced by nitrogen doses and irrigation timings.

In a field experiment, peas cv. P7 were given 15, 30 or 45 kg N/ha and irrigated before sowing (BS), BS and at flowering (FL), BS and at pod formation (PF) or BS + FL + PF. The pods from peas given 30 kg N and irrigated at BS + PF or BS + FL + PF could be stored for 15 d under ambient storage conditions compared with up to 9 d for most other treatments. The lowest moisture and decay losses were recorded in plants given 30 kg N and irrigated BS + FL + PF (8.4%) or BS + PF (13.22%).
