บทคัดย่อ
The drying characteristics of seedless grapes were determined for air temp. of 55-70 deg C and air velocities of 0.3-2.0 m/s. Half of the grape samples were dipped in K2CO3 containing olive oil and drying rate experiments were conducted. Results are presented.
