บทคัดย่อ

Conditioning, storage and milling of food grains and oilseeds.

Crop- and location-specific processing technology and equipment are needed for technically efficient and economically viable processing of agricultural products. The present status of technology for conditioning, storage and milling of food grains and oilseeds in India is reviewed and some of the critical areas where more attention is needed for R & D and extension are identified.
