บทคัดย่อ

Aflatoxin contamination of maize.

Aflatoxins are produced by Aspergillus flavus, A. parasiticus and A. nomius. The problems posed to human health by these mycotoxins are outlined and their occurrence in maize is reviewed, including the various factors involved in pre- and postharvest infestation.
