บทคัดย่อ

Quality management: an industrial approach to produce handling.

Quality control techniques for fresh fruit and vegetables from the field to the market are considered. Data collection, sampling inspection, and their application to quality control procedures for quality management are discussed. Systems used for quality assurance are outlined, covering systems control for field activities, sampling and process control in the packing house, quality examination of the final product, and sampling at export terminals and markets.
