บทคัดย่อ

Inheritance of bread making quality in crosses of Hungarian and North-American winter wheats (Triticum aestivum L.).

Three Hungarian and 4 North American wheat varieties and 4 Hungarian x North American F1 hybrids were grown in field trials in Szeged during 1991-92. Postharvest data were collected on 8 quality parameters. Values for heterosis were generally low or intermediate for most characters in all the crosses. Positive heterotic values were observed only in the cross GK Gereben x Andrews for development time of dough, quality number and farinograph value.
