บทคัดย่อ

A research on controlled atmosphere (CA) storage of peach cv. Hale Haven.

ABSTRACT

Harvested peach fruits (cv. Halehaven) were stored for one month at 0 deg C under %CO2:%O2 regimes of 0:21 (control), 5:2, 5:4, 10:2 and 10:4. Quality parameters were measured at intervals during storage. Fruit quality was better in all CA treatments than in the control. The best results were obtained in the 5:2 and 10:2 regimes.
