Factors affecting quality of fresh and dried fig fruits.

ABSTRACT

Data collected from a series of studies on commercial fig orchards (cv. Sarilop, synonym Calimyrna) led to the identification of major factors affecting yield and fruit quality. The effects of climate, tree shape, irrigation and fertilizer application on quality are discussed.
