บทคัดย่อ

Potential of induced resistance to control postharvest diseases of fruits and vegetables.

ABSTRACT

The results of a cooperative research programme on the use of induced resistance to control postharvest diseases are presented. The use of low-dose UV light, natural compounds and antagonistic microorganisms as elicitors of resistance responses in fruits and vegetables are discussed.
