The economic and logistical problems of fruit-storage in Hungary.

ABSTRACT :

 

The theory of fruit storage is highly developed in Hungary, but storage capacities are at a low technical and technological level. This paper analyses the current problems of fruit storage in Hungary, and, using a systems approach, determines the most important directions for improving the economic efficiency of storage.
