Connections in the production and storage of stone fruits.

ABSTRACT :

 

The volume of stone fruits stored in Hungary has fallen considerably over the past ten years. This is partly due to a fall in living standards, and partly due to a crisis in agricultural production. Agricultural production is expected to stabilize by the year 2000, which, combined with improved supply and increased exports, will have a positive impact on consumption of stone fruits and thus on storage.
