บทคัดย่อ

Optimization of the simultaneous quantification of acids and sugars as their silyl(oxime) derivatives by GC/MS.

ABSTRACT :

 

A simple and rapid method for quantitative analysis of organic acids, sugars and sugar alcohols found in plants is presented. It involves analysis of their trimethylsilyl (TMS) ether/ester and/or TMS-oxime derivatives by GC and GC/MS. The composition of fruits of 12 strawberry cultivars, harvested at different stages of ripeness, and changes in the organic acid, sugar and sugar alcohol contents of fruits of 6 apple cultivars during storage are presented.
