ABSTRACT :
Endogenous growth regulator changes and the effects of exogenous growth regulators on postharvest persimmon (cultivars Muwashi, Huoshi and Shuishi) ripening were studied. From the results it was concluded that ripening depended on the synergistic effects of abscisic acid (ABA) and ethylene, especially ABA.
