บทคัดย่อ

The use of an immunoassay method for quantification of residues in fruits and vegetables.

ABSTRACT :

 

The need for monitoring agrochemicals in foods and importance of accessible, sensitive and inexpensive techniques are emphasized. The recent use of immunoassays for detection and quantification of environmental residues is advantageous as being specific, sensitive, fast and inexpensive. An immunoassay was used to quantify residues of 13 pesticides in 8 fresh and processed fruits and vegetables.
