บทคัดย่อ

Analysis of the harvest and postharvest handling of garlic in the Bajio region.

ABSTRACT :

 

The technology used for garlic harvesting, sorting, drying, and packing in the Bajio region of Mexico is discussed, including the use of garlic seed for planting. Process efficiency, cost reduction and improved product quality are considered.
