บทคัดย่อ

Postharvest practices for small fruit crops. A review and some new ideas.

ABSTRACT :

 

Factors influencing postharvest longevity are discussed with particular reference to temperature, RH, condensation avoidance, controlled atmosphere storage and the morphology and respiration rate of specific fruits. Recommended practices for harvesting, handling, cooling and storage are summarized for strawberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries.
