บทคัดย่อ

Hormonal control of carnation flower senescence.

 

The pivotal position of ethylene biosynthesis in carnation flower senescence is emphasized and the effects of cytokinins and auxins on its synthesis and activity are discussed. The need to understand the cellular location of ethylene synthesis, its sites of action and its interaction with other growth regulators is stressed.
