Terminology and conditions for evaluation of flowering potted plant longevity.

 

Increased scientific effort is being concentrated on the evaluation of postproduction longevity and quality of flowering potted plants. Results and interpretation are dependent on the conditions under which the plants are produced, stored and maintained indoors. Conditions for evaluation of flowering potted plants are presented. All facets of the evaluation procedure are given, including the types of data to be considered in determining the performance of plants indoors.
