บทคัดย่อ

Cherry temperature management.

 

The effects of temperature on cherry fruit quality are described at all stages of production, viz. in the orchard, immediately after harvest, in the packinghouse and during transport. Results of various studies are reported and recommendations are made for retaining fruit quality, particularly by maintaining reduced temperatures throughout postharvest life.
