Technology of systematic production of potatoes for different uses.

 

This publication collates information on the production of potatoes for table, food industry and starch production in the Czech Republic. Topics considered include environmental requirements, cultivation, seed tubers, fertilizer application, control of diseases and pests, harvesting and postharvest treatment, crop quality requirements and tissue culture techniques for vegetative propagation.
