บทคัดย่อ

Resistance monitoring of Monilinia laxa (Aderh. et Ruhl.) honey to benzimidazoles and dicarboximides in postharvest stage.

 

Isolates of M. laxa were obtained from stone fruits in storage in 5 locations in the Po valley, Italy, and their sensitivity to various concn of benomyl, vinclozolin, procymidone and iprodione tested in vitro by assessing mycelial growth and spore germination. The isolates were grouped into 4 categories by resistance to the fungicides at concn equivalent to the max. residues permissible under Italian law. Several isolates exhibited tolerance to one or more of the fungicides, suggesting that storage decay may occur in stone fruits treated with these fungicides in the field, postharvest treatment of stone fruits being forbidden in Italy.
