บทคัดย่อ

The application in developing countries of immunoassay and rapid chemical methods for detecting postharvest spoilage fungi in stored cereal grains.

 

The use of immunoassays and rapid chemical methods to detect storage fungi in cereal grains is reviewed. Immunoassays are compared with a range of conventional and rapid methods and the applicability of the various methods for use in developing countries is discussed.
