บทคัดย่อ

Pistachios.

 

Improvements that can be made to traditional practices of growing pistachios in Italy are discussed. Pistachio cultivation is concentrated in the Bronte and Adrano areas of Sicily (84% of Italian production). Results of research undertaken by the Istituto Sperimentale per la Frutticoltura in Rome and the Istituto di Coltivazione Arboree in Palermo on cultural methods and postharvest technology are briefly considered.
