บทคัดย่อ

Integrated production and post-harvest defence.

 

General and specific remarks are made on the integrated control of fruit crops before and after harvest with emphasis on varietal resistance, nitrogen fertilization, washing with calcium salts before and immediately after harvest, irrigation, prevention of infective diseases before harvest, and timing of the harvest. A list is provided of the principal causes of damage to pome and stone fruits after harvest.
