บทคัดย่อ

Pesticide residues in agricultural practices.

 

The results obtained by research units of an Italian working group on pesticide residues which were involved in a project entitled 'Biological and integrated control for the defence of agricultural crops and forest plants' are summarized. The research topics under study were metabolism and persistence; effect of different methods of control; techniques of distribution; post-harvest treatments; food processing; reentry times; and analytical methods.
