บทคัดย่อ
The use of gaseous storage treatments and conditions (including high CO2 and oxygen stress treatments, controlled atmosphere storage, low ethylene storage and gradual changes in gaseous composition during storage) to maintain optimum storage quality of fruits and vegetables (for instance by inactivating pathogens, alleviating chilling injury, reversibly inhibiting fruit ripening or delaying senescence) is reviewed.
