บทคัดย่อ

The modernization of the horticultural sector in developing countries is discussed. Through the case of Tunisia, the constraints and advantages of a mediterranean horticultural commodity system and its possibilities for modernization are analysed: improvement of productivity, prices determined by the market, improvement of postharvest technology, reinforcement of interprofessional groups and adoption of a standardized quality system.
